UPS Input-Output Panel are basically used when there are Multiple UPS Input of Different Rating and require Combined Output for Multiple UPS Inputs with Low to Higher KVAR Rating. UPS Input -Output Panel comes with Super Bypass System ( Optional ) which is used when during UPS Maintenace is carried out as per Schedule without Interruption of Power to the Load during Maintenace. It Comes with a variety of Specification as per Customer requirements. UPS Input-Output Panels are available with Optional BMS Connectivity. Specification 1) MCCB/ACB as incomer switch/ protection for Multiple UPS Input Feeder and MCCB/ACB as Outgoing Feeder for Common/Combined Output of UPS. 2)Multifunction metering for Multiple UPS Input feeder and Outgoing Feeder 3) Audio and Visual annunciation for various faults of UPS Input. 4) Super Bypass Systems with BMS Connectivity and Feedback Connectivity. 7)CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES : The Design of the UPS Input-Output panel is robust and rigidly constructed to suit a wide range of industries and buildings. The supporting structures which form the framework are made up from 2.0 mm thickness steel sections, fully Laser Cutting done with CNC machines. The door covers, partitions and panel parts are fabricated with CNC Laser machines for high precision and accuracy. Base degree of protection is IP42. Higher degree of protection like IP54 or more can be manufactured on request. Devta Electricals switchboards can be supplied both with top and or bottom entry. 8) Busbars : Non-insulated or insulated high conductivity copper/Aluminum busbars with neutral are housed at the top section of the cubicle. The main busbars are mounted and supported on SMC busbar supports. The busbar chamber is housed in a separate compartment on top of the cubicle with facilities for segregation. Maximum temperature rise is less than 70°C on an ambient of 40°C. Internal Separations Of Assemblies (Form 1, 2, 3 And 4) Devta switchboard can be provided with partitions for protected spaces according to Form 1 to Form 4. The form of separation according to the latest IEC61439-1/2 offers internal protection of minimum IP2X or more. Switchboards are Made and Certified as per IEC 61439-1/2 Application : DATA Center/ Hospital/ Pharmaceutical Company/ Critical Facility/Cement Factory/ Industries Etc.
