Due to drastic reduction in pricing and improvisation of reliablility, Conventional starters- DOL or SDL Star Delta are being increasingly replaced by VFD i.e. Variable Frequency Drives. We provide solution for motor control application by way of VFD Panels by using VFDs of various makes such as ABB, Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, Danfos. VFD's of various types vector- non vector and of specific applications are used as per customer choice and their preference from view of earlier supplies and inventory. We Also Provide Bypass Starter ( DOL & Star -Delta Starter ) for Critical Application. We provide panels with complete accessories and devices such as Mains switch, MCCB, Input-Output chokes, VFD's of various makes such as ABB, Siemens, Schneider, Danfoss and bypass arrangement as per criticality of the application. We not only provide excellent quality and workmanship but also provide service support to OEM and customers by way of designing the operation and service manual. Variable frequency drive control panel (also named VFD panel, AC drive electrical control panel) is consisted of inner VFD inside the cabinet with external control, protect, display and other electrical, it's an frequency conversion device to control three phase AC motor (including fans and pumps) in variable speed to save energy. FD panels adopt enclosed cabinet structure, generally, the protection class is IP20, IP21, IP30, and some panels may reach IP64, IP65 and even IP66 where the application environments need weatherproof, waterproof. The panels surface are coating spray by suppliers, and easy to install in parallel, the panel top configure bus and wiring the VFD keypad to the panel's door for operating directly. Variable speed drive is a dedicated component of the electrical control panel, the panel's frequency convention and main features are depending on the inner VFD and other components configuration. VFD panels are different according to their different functions and applications, generally, it needs customized manufacture base on specified running environment, like in constant water supply panels (one panel control 1, 2, 3 pumps, etc.), escalators control panels, central air condition circulating pump panels, and fan's control panels. 1. Power switching and protection VFD panels are designed with a circuit breaker usually, which are connected to the input line power supply to switch the panel on/off, and provide protection when short circuit or overload occurs in the circuits and variable speed drives. In addition, VFD panels can disconnect power to ensure operator's safety during motor maintenance. 2, Adjustable speed A frequency control potentiometer is installed on the VFD panel's door, to transmit command signals to the motor according to operator assigned. VFD panel has mains switching function to ensure the system continues operation in case of the variable frequency drive failed. 3, Visual control VFD panel has display and operation panel on the front body, which is connected to the electrical components inside the control cabinet. It can display the panel's operational status visually, and convenient for operator control the motor in actual field operations. Manufacturers also equip with a variety of instruments and indicators inside the variable frequency drive panels, such as voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter, and power indicator light, alarm lights, running lights, power frequency lights etc, which will monitor the VFD control panels working status in real time. 4, Security protection Include variable frequency drive, all other electrical components are integrated inside the VFD panel, thus reducing the impact of external environment to the electrical components, and ensure the operator safety level like reducing shock hazard rate, so it has a better safety protection function. Typical applications: water supply, air compressors, central air conditioning, port machinery, machine tools, boilers, paper machinery, food machinery and so on. CONSTRUCTIONAL FEATURES : The Design of the VFD panel is robust and rigidly constructed to suit a wide range of industries and buildings. The supporting structures which form the framework are made up from 2.0 mm thickness steel sections, fully Laser Cutting by CNC machines. The door covers, partitions and panel parts are fabricated with CNC Laser machines for high precision and accuracy. Base degree of protection is IP42. Higher degree of protection like IP54 or more can be manufactured on request. Devta Electricals switchboards can be supplied both with top and or bottom entry. Busbars Non-insulated or insulated high conductivity copper/Aluminum busbars with neutral are housed at the top section of the cubicle. The main busbars are mounted and supported on SMC busbar supports. The busbar chamber is housed in a separate compartment on top of the cubicle with facilities for segregation. Maximum temperature rise is less than 70°C on an ambient of 40°C. Internal Separations Of Assemblies (Form 1, 2, 3 And 4) Devta Electricals switchboard can be provided with partitions for protected spaces according to Form 1 to Form 4. The form of separation according to the latest IEC61439-1 / 2 offers an internal protection of minimum IP2X or more. Cable Chamber Cable Chamber of adequate size is provided on the side of Each Vertical with sufficient no of Cable Tie bars. Each Terminal block is provided with the identification markers & feeder designation sticker. Control & Power TB's are separated from each other. Each Cable Chamber is provided with panel illumination LED lamp with door switch & heater & Thermostats are provided optionally. Component Identification All the base plates are neatly mounted with necessary electrical components to ease the wire routings & wherever necessary PVC Trufs are provided. The component Identification stickers are provided both on the components & base plates.
